What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging with all components
• Products with opened or damaged packaging are not eligible for a refund
• All complimentary items (including the 20ml fragrance) must be returned to be eligible for a refund
• Reshipped orders are final sale and cannot be returned
• A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

We are only able to process returns or exchanges for orders placed directly on our website. Items purchased from retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s return or cancellation policy and cannot be returned through our website.

What items are eligible for return?

• Full-size products that are unused, unopened, and in original condition

What items are not eligible for return?

• Discovery Kits
• Gift Sets
• My Treasure Boxes
• Any item with opened cellophane or damaged packaging

Is there a return fee?
Yes, a $15 return fee applies. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once delivered, receiving, processing, and inspection can take 5–10 business days. We ask that you allow this time and contact our team if your return has not been processed after 10 business days.

Will I get a full refund?
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Used or damaged items may be denied or issued as store credit.

Promotional codes and offers applied to your order are forfeited upon return.

Do I need to return promotional items?
Yes, all complimentary items must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

Important: If you believe your product is defective and/or damaged, please contact Customer Service before proceeding with a return request. Supporting documentation may be required so that we can review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

How do I return my order?

2. Enter your order number with “MON” in front (example: MON1234)
3. Follow the prompts to submit your request
4. By starting a return, you acknowledge and agree to all return policy conditions

Once submitted, you will receive instructions and a return label (U.S. orders only).

International Return Instructions

How do I return an international order?
We do not provide return labels for international orders.

If your return meets our return conditions:

• You must arrange return shipping at your own expense
• We are not responsible for lost returns or customs/shipping fees
